Your responsive hosts are available around the clock to answer questions, provide assistance, and ensure an optimal and communicative vacation experience. We are always a message or phone call away, and we will send someone to the house promptly if there are any issues that need onsite help.

While this home is in a secluded area, there are neighbors. Please be respectful and do not cross through other properties.

Guests will be sent a code to check into the property the morning of the reservation. The home will be accessed through a smart lock.

The centerpiece of the home is the living room with vaulted ceilings, large windows to take in the views, and stone fireplace for cozy evenings. On either side of the entry are doors to two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. There are two bunk bedrooms downstairs, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Continuing through the home you will see the large kitchen with tons of counter and cabinet space. Every Boutiq home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the tools and essential spices for your group meal. The game room features a shuffleboard table, board games, a large TV, and plenty of comfy seating. There are also TWO sets of washers and dryers, so your large group won’t be held up when it’s time to do laundry. Up the staircase in the living room you will find the second story, with two more bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other a bunk room, both with ensuite bathrooms. The backyard has an outdoor living area complete with TV, grill, hot tub, fire pit, and basketball court ready for you to enjoy.

Having a car is strongly recommended, as Uber and Lyft, while in the area, may not be the most reliable. We recommend a rental car from the nearest major city or a car rental app such as Turo.
